Normandeau Associates, Inc., one of the nations largest science-based environmental consulting firms, is seeking candidates for multiple, temporary, part-time Biological Technician positions.
Biological technicians will assist supervising biologists with collection, counting, handling, and transport of American eels, Shad, and River Herring at Conowingo and Holtwood Dams and radio-telemetry studies. This work is scheduled to be performed from early April through late June, depending on the location (Conowingo or Holtwood Dam).
Qualified candidates must hold a high school diploma, pass mandatory drug & alcohol screenings as well as possess a valid drivers license & have reliable transportation. Weekend availability is required. Mechanical or fish identification skills are a plus. Candidates should be able to work in the U.S. without Company sponsorship.
