Requirements are as follows:
You must be licensed in the State where work is provided (MHIC, PA Contractor License, etc), and be EPA RRP and Firm Certified to Legally work in homes built before 1978 that could potentially have lead paint present. Also required are a Valid Driver's License, Business Auto & Liability Insurance, a Social Security Number or Tax ID number, and must have the ability to pass a Criminal Background Check.
