JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking an intermediate Desktop Support Technician that will work onsite, and will work mostly from the Cranston office, for 35 hours per week.
The Desktop Support technician should have strong skills in Microsoft products, Windows 10, O365, SCCM, dual monitor configurations, Dell Laptops experience, McAfee Endpoint encryption software. Experience with large scale deployments is also desirable for this position. Some minor software application troubleshooting will be required.
The selected Desktop Technician will be working closely with the existing Technical Support staff and will interact will other team members on multiple aspects of the project. The selected contractor will be responsible for Setting up Dual monitors on PC based systems. PC builds from pre-defined images or custom build, deploying PC’s and printers to end users, along with migrating documents, settings and custom software that end users have installed. It also includes configuring local or network printers for each end user.
