IRG is seeking a Power apps/Power automate Data Analyst for its client at Cranston, RI.
Role: Power apps/Power automate Data Analyst
Location: Cranston, RI
Duration: 6+ months
35 hours per week
At a significant level of expertise, to undertake professional special and recurring assignments
involving conducting full lifecycle activities of data analytics to include:

• Requirements and design
• Data cleaning
• Developing analysis and reporting capabilities
• Linking databases and datasets
• Continuously monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify
• improvements in models.

With a degree of independence and working under general instructions, assures the integrity of project data, including:

• Data extraction
• Storage
• Manipulation
• Processing and analysis
• Uses advanced techniques, queries and interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques, develops predictive models using administrative datasets and provides ongoing reports.
• Develops and implements data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Works closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Provide data visualization and presentation of analytical findings to program owners and other
• stakeholders. Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data Systems
• Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in moderate to complex datasets. Links databases and datasets to generate integrated datasets.
• Filters and "cleans" data to ensure quality, accuracy, definitional integrity and consistency, and reviews computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code
• problems.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in creating, managing and maintaining automated systems in Power automate.
• Previous project management knowledge
• Ability to lead projects with little or no supervision.
• Experience in work coordination using the Microsoft Team platform
• Ability to create visualizations and live dashboard on the Power Bi platform
• Ability to educate and train peers and establish a support network of super users to educate and train the team.
• Must possess high level of emotional intelligence (EQ)
• Must be highly competent individual who can think both strategically and tactically in numerous
• situations and is capable of toggling between the two seamlessly.
• Must have exceptional communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, presentation) and time management skills (e.g., ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines)
• Ability to lead under pressure in a calm and thoughtful manner.
• 3 Years of experience in Office 365 Suite
• 3 Years of experience in cloud service platform (SharePoint)
• Advance Knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Team
• Ability to create and execute a regression testing suite.

Must possess experience in the following software:

• Excel for Developer
• Microsoft Forms
• ArcGIS Cloud Service (optional)
• Power App / Power Automate
• Visio/ Project
• Power Bi/ Tableau/ Google Data Studio
• Microsoft Planner
• CRM Software (Salesforce/ Qualtrics)

Preference:

• Previous knowledge in SQL and DAX language.
