ROLE CAN BE 100% REMOTE We're looking for a skilled and experienced UX Researcher / Designer to join our innovative client.
Responsibilities of the UX Researcher / Designer:
Lead and support experience design research, measurement, and testing
Work with cross-functional teams to execute on research from discovery to launch
Conduct end-to-end research; communicate research findings; ensure basis on facts over assumptions with cross-functional teams
Lead concept development, flows, sketches, storyboards, interaction and interface design to clearly articulate ideas and solutions
Collaborate with others to ensure viability and feasibility
Requirements of the UX Researcher / Designer:
Knowledge and practical experience in application design in a team environment
Proficiency in a diverse set of design tools: Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Good visual design sense that balances aesthetics with functionality
Experience and skill in leading and executing design from discovery to launch and beyond
Skilled communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills; ability to communicate effectively across levels
Experience working with designers, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to define experience design goals and metrics, and prioritize in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
Ability to translate complex information into clear, easy-to-understand experiences and interfaces
