Long Term Position
2 plus years of Accounts Payable experience is required. Handling payments in an organized and timely manner. Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets. Internal credit card reconciliation when required.
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports;
Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verify federal id numbers;
