Bookkeeper-Responsibilities Include:
-Preparing and journalizing transactions
-Reconciling, analyzing and balancing general ledger accounts through trial balance
-Preparing bank reconciliations
-Preparing payroll tax returns
-Preparing and reconciling sales tax returns
-Preparing Excel spread sheets
-Other related financial duties
Requirements:
-2 years experience in corporate or public accounting
-Ability to work with clients and staff
-Strong attention to detail and deadlines
-Experience with QuickBooks and Excel helpful
-25 hrs. per week, flexible schedule
