I am a professional dog trainer in the business of working with dogs that have the most challenging of behavior issues. I have been extremely successful as a trainer and also with my dog training business. Our training protocol has been referred by veterinarians for over 30 years, and it just plain works.
Im looking for someone to grow with me, running their own professional dog behavior training business in the Providence area, including eastern Connecticut. This person will be interested in becoming a trainer, and in helping us provide the most comprehensive and reliable dog training program available anywhere. The support you will receive is world-class and unmatched.Â
This is not a "job" but an opportunity to own a large part of your own business WITHOUT the associated financial investment. Other than the time invested while going through the training, there are NO COSTS TO YOU. This is not an internship but an opportunity, and again, there is no associated cost or fee for the training.
You do not need to have prior dog training experience, as I will provide all the training and ongoing support you will need to be successful. I am not looking for someone to work for me, but with me and my team of trainers. Our reward-based training protocol is currently in successful use in over 40 US markets, and our trainers are among the most professionally referred in their communities.
Besides obviously being a dog lover, the right person for this opportunity will:

- Be comfortable using a computer and cloud-based applications.
We will provide all the training you will need, but this training is pretty intense. You will need to be available to attend our training program in the New Haven, CT area this winter. (Accommodations are provided.) There is also an extensive amount of studying you will need to do prior to this on your own, which will take a minimum of 30 days, as well as online training, prior to your arrival for hands-on training. We will provide you with the textbooks you'll need, and a comprehensive study guide.
