The candidate will have the following:
2-3 years of recent experience in a call center, customer service or account management environment
Ability to quickly learn the Companys product lines and services
Proficient in MS-Office with the ability to quickly learn new programs
Strong communications, problem-solving, reason and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
Ability to effectively multi-task
Proficient in the use of modern technology and social media
