Our client in Cranston, RI is seeking a Customer Service professional to join their team for a temporary to hire career opportunity. This position is a full time opportunity (Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p) offering a minimum hourly rate of $16.The company is privately held, and leadership genuinely values their employees!Responsibilities:The person in this role would primarily support the team with entering client orders into the company's ERP system and assist with daily operational tasks. This professional would also serve as a back up to the current Customer Service team with tasks including but not limited to,- maintaining incoming calls and reviewing shipping orders.
