Full time scheduling coordinating/Data Management position available in Cumberland, R.I.
Job responsibilities include:
*Scheduling clients and staff utilizing a scheduling software program
*Assuring staff follow agency policies and adhere to assigned schedules according to policy
*Update, edit and document within the software program throughout the day to confirm visits.
* Before the end of business day, all visits must be confirmed within the system
*Must be extremely personable and patient when communicating with clients and staff
*Excellent with follow thru and reporting to the agency's supervisor
*Must be flexible if need to come in early or stay late if ever needed
*Clerical and office duties as well
MUST HAVE A CLEAN BCI
MUST DEMONSTRATE PROFFICIENT COMPUTER SKILLS
