SEEKING TEACHER TRAINERS/EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANTS: If you have a background in education and a business mindset, this could be a great opportunity. We are a fast growing national staff development company seeking talented trainers, independent consultants or presenters who are passionate about empowering teachers with classroom and school-wide management strategies that work.
Trainers for this course will present many different strategies to engage and motivate students to help teachers teach more by incorporating these methods into existing lesson plans.
We are primarily seeking certified educators with backgrounds in the field of education. We encourage retired educators as well. Some of our most successful consultants have backgrounds as teachers, administrators, counselors, teacher leaders, professors, social workers, behavior specialists, staff development coordinators, professional speakers, authors or those who have worked as training consultants in other fields.
An essential qualification is the ability to project a message and engage an audience. Applicants who are not certified, but have formal experience working with children will be considered.
Trainers can choose to work locally, regionally or travel to other states. This is a contract assignment, not a salaried position. We do NOT pay hourly. Trainers are hired as independent consultants. Compensation is based on consulting fees established by the trainer and on training materials purchased by schools. However, trainers typically earn between $1,000-$3,500 per day or more.
All consultants for our company attend a required train the trainer seminar prior to training in schools.
