Genesis10 is currently seeking a Network/System Engineer with our client in the financial industry in their Providence, RI and Charlotte, NC and Richmond, VA and Richardson, TX location. This is a 12 month + contract-to-hire position.
Description:
Tech will be responsible for storage reclaims on EMC/IBM/HDS/NetApp platforms
This will involve vendor-supplied apps, Masters, CLI work
Customer/client focus - minimize impacts
Clear communication with management and team members
Technical aptitude with the above systems and hardware
Thoroughness in work within targeted timelines and project deadlines
Requirements:
Familiar with Systems of record updating including SRDB and ITSM
SAN and Zoning cleanup involving Cisco/Brocade/McData required
Collaboration and teamwork skills
Experience and education must be commensurate with the listed skill set required for this position
This is not an entry-level position and the successful candidate should possess a mature skill set aligned to all the specific categories noted in the job description
Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
