Obtain requirements from business and technical stakeholders
Document and validate captured requirements through a formal statement of work
Collaborate with business and technical resources to establish proposed project level of effort estimates and obtain approval from project sponsors
Maintain project plan with key milestones identified under supervision of project manager and
Track planned to actual task start/stop dates to ensure project stays on time and within budget
Create test cases to validate requirements against as built design
Conduct test cases and document results
Collaborate with development team to remediate identified defects
Take part in project implementations following all necessary change control procedures
Report to different levels of management on progress, issues, and risk throughout project lifecycle
Conduct project close out activities to ensure approvals and documentation is archived
Enable and document decisions made in project meetings and problem-solving sessions
Execute post-implementation review to ensure all project goals were met and all activities completed
Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives of various scale and priority levels across multiple lines of business
Other duties as required
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree plus equivalent experience
Highly skilled in MS Office and MS Project or comparable programs
Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and leadership skills
