If so, we'd love to connect. We're looking for a business analyst that can work with multiple stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Our ideal candidate will be inquisitive, analytical, and innovative, with expertise soliciting requirements for business-critical applications.

You will help us effectively articulate what we need in future enterprise systems that will enable engaging and personalized experiences for our members.

Primary Responsibilities:

•Work with project managers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements documentation.

•Conduct research, analyze data, and assess industry best practices to support thought-provoking questions that will aid business decisions.

•Develop agendas and lead productive requirements meetings/grooming sessions that result in clear documentation and alignment across multiple stakeholders.

•Update and refine requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria.

•Evaluate existing business rules/processes and identify opportunities for improvement/optimization.

•Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical resources to make recommendations on how business requirements could be addressed within existing applications.

•Partner with stakeholders to identify and make recommendations for potential solution providers.

•Proactively report progress, dependencies and risks.

•Support work efforts/task execution as needed that emerge throughout the project life cycle.

Skill Set:

•Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, technology, marketing or related field required.

•5+ years of business analysis experience, ideally working in a mid-sized to large organization.

•Proven experience working in both traditional/waterfall and agile methodologies.

•Advanced in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•Deadline-driven and schedule-oriented.

•Ability to build strong relationships.

•Flexible, with the ability to quickly react and pivot as priorities change.

• Ability to communicate and collaborate with technical delivery teams.

•Excellent time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

•3+ years working on business-critical, enterprise-wide applications

•Proficient in Visio or other wireframing tools

•Experience working on marketing/digital/technology initiatives

•Experience working with continuous improvement processes (LEAN, SixSigma, etc.)

•Certifications or specialized training in business/systems analysis
