Public Cloud based IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services required within the product organization
As a member of the Cloud Operations team, support development and project teams with requirements gathering and costing exercises for cloud resource consumption
Responsible for all cloud cost tracking, analysis, and reporting and will contribute to efficiency exercises focused on improving cloud resource use via continuous improvement
Produce cloud financial reports that can be shared with and actioned by Management and Product Teams
Work directly with teams globally, collecting product / project requirements, and driving results in the form of data insights
Track, analyze, and forecast cloud resource consumption costs
Provide ongoing cost optimization recommendations
Use tools and technology to make data driven cloud consumption decisions to maximize cost efficiency
Support Cloud Operations team by defining goals and KPIs for ongoing measurement
Skills & Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar analysis or IT / cloud financial role
Experience with cloud billing and cost management tools and processes
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
Experience with cloud platforms especially with Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of financial principles and business analytics
Strong analytical background with an aptitude for understanding technology
Experience with cloud cost optimization tools
