Lead strategy sessions with stakeholders to discuss and enhance relationships and propose solutions to improve data collection, system functionality, interoperability, data linkages and/or systems integration across programs, security, and system reliability.
Lead integration initiatives and report progress to stakeholders
Identify and define use cases and interface with program and technology teams on translating requirements to corresponding audience
Plan, develop, and coordinate implementation of informatics projects
System implementations and product development activities
Develop use cases, assess business processes and workflow analyses, and assure adherence to state and federal guidance and regulations for compliance with funding requirements
Develop and oversee strategic implementations
Analyze information, monitor information quality, and disseminate information through reports, presentations, and communication products
Design and implement approval processes
Review existing processes and provide coaching and recommendations for improvement
Assist in grant and proposal writing

Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 years of Public Health experience
Ability to apply knowledge of public health initiatives to informatics
Experience in program or project management, development, and implementation of information systems
Experience with Medicaid Programs
Experience with data management and statistical analysis, specifically using secondary data sets
Understanding of health information technologies, systems, and standards
Familiarity with information technology design, development, and implementation
Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related software
