Job Description:
Responsible for configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central
Configure the Mass Change feature within EC for mass changes to user and company data.
Use import and export features to assist the client with cleaning up data in EC
Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
Lead and manage teams or work streams to contribute to the Employee Central implementation and overall project success
Provide ongoing technical expertise and operational consultation on system functionality, system upgrades, configuration, and reporting/analytics.
