UAT System Analyst


Description:
8+ months. 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in evaluation and management of project scope (Case Management and Business Requirements Documents BRDs/Functional Design Documents FDDs) with UAT Leads
  • Work with Program Managers, Agency Leads, and designated UAT representatives to understand case management and business requirements/processes
  • Act as a liaison between agencies and vendors as needed
  • Collaborate with project and development team to understand project roadmap, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Review requirements in depth to develop UAT test prep schedule, applicable test plans, and test cases to ensure adequate test coverage
  • Review and manage test scripts and defects
  • Work closely with technical, case management, and business project team members to resolve defects and ensure Quality Assurance effort is meeting expectations and on schedule
  • Work with Program Manager and Team in identification
  • Work with screen reader user on accessibility of system
  • Follow up on execution calendar and account/environment request
  • Consolidate and review all scripts and scenarios to ensure they align with scope (BRDs/FDDs) and business processes
  • Review issues identified by analysts
  • Manage defect identification, logging, and tracking
  • Troubleshoot training tactics for a more cohesive and fluid training
  • Assist with roll out and training of staff on Case Management System with training provided by vendor
  • Attend all UAT-related meetings
  • Provide UAT status updates and report testing metrics to UAT Manager


Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of UAT experience planning, preparing, and executing test cases
  • Experience testing with a Case Management System
  • Hands-on experience creating and executing test cases
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes, testing strategies, and project management methodologies
  • Experience testing interfaces with 3rd party agencies, organizations, or vendors
  • Ability to identify accessibility of case management system needs for dictation, screen reading software, and magnification
  • Ability to develop a schedule based on testing timelines
  • Ability to QA deliverables before they are submitted
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
