Looking for a general manager for busy beach restaurants in Southern Rhode Island. We serve a fresh product (burgers, lobster, etc) as well as ice cream and merchandise.
The right candidate will be outgoing, positive, have a can-do attitude and a great leader.
Duties include:
Achieving labor and food percentage goals
Staff scheduling
Food ordering
Managing a perishable inventory
Being a leader to up to 20 employees.
Keeping an accurate cash till and making deposits
Following store recipes
Training new employees
Being a great leader for your team!
Keeping a clean environment
Following Health Codes
