The Pelham Court Hotel is seeking a front desk/reservations specialist whose primary responsibility is to provide exceptional guest experience while performing the day to day operations. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, sales minded, guest focused and detail oriented with a high degree of computer literacy, the willingness to learn new processes and the ability to merge into a dynamic work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with a sales and/or guest service background and does not necessarily have to have hotel experience. This is a part time position 15 to 20 hours a week, must be available Sunday - Wednesday day or nights. Morning shift starts at 8am and night shift ends at 8pm. Sometimes it could be required to stay later, but very rare. Great work environment with flexibility. Year end bonus and many perks. Background check and drug screen required.
