Now hiring line cooks, grill cooks and prep cooks. Previous experience preferred but willing to train the right people. Candidates must be have significant work availability including weekends.
Must also be able to:
Follow recipes
Follow the direction of the executive chef .
Prep and date food correctly
Heat and cool food according to Health Department standards.
Transfer food items to and from kitchen.
Complete prep list correctly and in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean work station.
Handle stress in a fast-paced work environment.
Work weekends & holidays Both Morning and Evening positions available
