LITIGATION PARALEGAL MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY LITIGATION - AT LEAST 3 YEARS - FULL TIME POSITION FOR RHODE ISLAND PERSONAL INJURY LAW FIRM, MASSACHUSETTS LITIGATION EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting Complaints and discovery materials;
Organizing documents and coordinating document productions;
Scheduling depositions, hearings, etc.
Meeting and communicating professionally with clients;
Obtaining documents from clients, medical providers, employers and other various agencies;
Preparing and filing all court documents;
Conducting various document searches and research;
Preparing witness and matter materials;
Preparing and finalizing Medical Affidavits;
Ideal Candidates should have the following:
Outstanding organizational, administrative, and communication skills - both written and oral;
Have a high attention to detail and the ability to follow through and follow up to complete assigned tasks;
The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, effectively multi-task and produce a high end work product in a very fast paced environment;Team oriented mind-set;Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, E filing, and Gmail;
