Looking for motivated team member to work as an Personal Injury Intake Specialist - this position REQUIRES you to be PROFESSIONAL in appearance and demeanor. It also requires travel, a vast amount of your time will be on the road. As such, A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED. Our client base in primarily in Rhode Island, however, some travel to Massachusetts may be required. We are looking for someone to work full time. You MUST be available to work after hours and weekends.
You will be:
- Responsible for assisting potential clients via phone, email and in person
- Working closely with our case control team relative to the screening of potential claims
- Collecting client information and ACCURATELY completing intake forms and gathering
required materials from clients and inputting them into the computer
- Scheduling appointments
- Meeting with potential clients at the office, their home or workplace
- Problem solving, and handling client issues in a professional manner
You must be, highly organized with the ability to multi task, learn fast, and work in a team environment. You should be self starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change quickly. Requires a friendly attitude and the ability to build a raporrt with the prospective client base. Follow up and follow through is required and you should have the ability to be empathetic and still be persuasive.
A BCI check is required.
Bi-lingual is a plus, prior legal experience in personal injury and/or sales would be preferred, but not necessarily required.
