We are a well established and growing law firm with an immediate opening for a real estate paralegal. Candidates are required to have at least 2 years residential real estate experience and knowledge of all aspects of a closing, included, but not limited to:
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision and be very organized
- Must have the ability to handle a closing file from beginning to end
- Knowledge of SoftPro is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required
- Must have strong people skills and a desire to provide high levels of customer service
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, and especially lenders and loan officers. This includes knowledge of proper phone etiquette.
