Busy Kent County Law Office seeks an experienced, organized paralegal familiar with all aspects of real estate closings.
Experience should include ability to review title work, resolve title issues, obtain pay-offs, post closing issues, interaction with lending institutions, real estate brokers and completing Closing Disclosures.
Candidates are required to have at least 2 years residential real estate closing experience and knowledge of all aspects of a closings.
