We're a interior design/build company that creates cool and unique commerical spaces.
We do everything but the typical cookie cutter designs because, like most people, we want our going-out experience/ambiance to be just as great as the products we're paying for.
We're looking for someone who has what it takes to help us create the best retail shops, boutique hotels, and one-of-a-kind restaurants/bars that make people come back for any occasion.
Someone who is logical and smart and can handle organizing and tasking a small group. Someone who is organized but can handle schedule changes and on-the-spot decisions.
Responsibilities include creating 3D models, building souce sheets and mood boards, souce and purchasing of lighting and furniture, preparing for client meetings, answering office phone calls, collecting existing conditions, and more.
Must have Sketchup/CAD or other 3D modeling expericence, Apple/Mac user, valid drivers license and willingness to travel to job sites.
