Apex has an opportunity for a Filling/Packaging Technician role in the South Shore Mass area. This is a 4-6 month contract position with possible extesnion. This role has a pay rate that's flexible depending on experience. Here are the details:

Rate: 16-17/Hr
Duration: 4-6 month contract
Position Description:
Under direct supervision performs a variety of routine laboratory and manufacturing operations. Performs routine and safety program checks and preventive maintenance on instruments and devices used in production. Typically requires high school education or equivalent and up to one year experience. Frequently reports to a higher level laboratory technician or Production Manager.
Required Skills:
1. Associates degree or high school diploma with 1 year of GMP experience
2. Experience working in clean room environment
3. Experience working with scales/balances and pipettes
Desired Skills (not required but candidate will have exposure to these skills in this role):
1. Knowledgeable of Aseptic Technique
2. Worked with filters (Capsule / Disc Filters)
3. Experience working with sterile filling technique or automated equipment
