Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our production team as an Opener/Catcher/Packer. This is a key hands-on role that ensures quality control from start to finish in the printing and packaging process.
Key Responsibilities:
Opener Duties:
· Open incoming jobs and verify garment style, color, and count before printing begins.
· Organize and prepare orders for the production team.
Catcher Duties:
· Stand at the end of the dryer belt to collect printed garments.
· Inspect each piece for print quality, accuracy, and placement.
· Place verified items into bins for packaging.
Packer Duties:
· Fold, tag, and bag garments according to customer specifications.
· Verify sizes, counts, and order accuracy.
· Pack items neatly into company boxes for shipment.
What We’re Looking For:
· Strong attention to detail — quality control is a major part of this role.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Team-oriented attitude and reliability.
· Previous experience in screen printing or production a plus, but not required (we’ll train the right person!).
