Our rapidly expanding Community Based Service Programs are in need of a number of reliable, flexible, self-motivated team members to join our dynamic community.

The STAAR Program is the state's first clinical, community-based program for victims of trafficking and high risk youth. The STAAR Program serves male and female victims of sexual exploitation and human trafficking, up to age 25, and their families, and high risk youth. This is a state-wide community/home based program. The overriding goal of the STAAR Program is to keep victims safe in their homes and communities and reduce the risk of re-victimization. The STAAR Clinicians and Care Coordinators work together to provide therapeutic, educational and social support to the survivor, psycho-education and clinical support to the parent or caregiver and work within a team model based on a multidisciplinary approach. The STAAR Care Coordinator will engage in resource development, care planning and referral, parent support and education and implementation of treatment plan goals. Schedule is flexible.

Qualifications: Experience providing home-based services with children and families preferred; experience working with survivors of trauma preferred. Care Coordinator candidates must have a Bachelor Degree in a social service or related field, commensurate experience will be considered. Must have a valid driver's license. Bilingual clinicians encouraged to apply; competitive rate. All positions require a background check.
