Job Description:
Vertspec is looking for an experienced full time Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to assist with day to day administrative functions of the office. Duties include but not limited to;
Assisting the CEO in his daily tasks, and keeping him up to date with his schedule/tasks
Answering all phone calls
Maintaining email communication with clients
Sales management
Organizing team tasks and setting deadlines
Calendar maintenance and meetings arrangement
Invoicing customers, and tracking unpaid invoices
Data input of information needed for jobs
Create excel spreadsheets and maintain existing company spreadsheets
Qualifications:
Hard-working, organized, detail oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), knowledge of Google Suite(Calendar, Drive)
Prior administrative experience is a must
Durties include but are not limited to:
Plan/ send invites to meetings
Research topics
Stock Inventory

Trade shows/ startup events
