Small law firm located in Providence County seeking part time legal secretary/assistant. Duties to include, but not limited to, typing, drafting of correspondence and legal documents; e-filing; creating files and organization; calendar management; answering phones, greeting clients and other clerical tasks. Transcription/dictation experience is preferred. Ideal candidate should have knowledge of computers, experience with WordPerfect and/or Word, be able to interact with clients, have good communications skills and 1-3 years office experience.
