Warwick Property Management Office has an immediate opening for a full-time receptionist/administrative assistant.
Both Entry Level and Experienced may apply to this job.
All candidates must have superior phone skills as well as interpersonal savvy.
Must be extremely organized and able to multi-task in a casual and sometimes high paced environment.
Responsibilities include answering phone, making appointments, customer service with tenants and clients.
Computer skills a must and include scanning, filing electronically, knowledge of social media: ie; facebook, google.
Assist sales staff in writing letters/proposals. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Adobe Photoshop a plus.

Position requires a work schedule of 8:30 am- 5:00 pm. (This may be somewhat flexible)
