Fast growing, small engine repair and retail shop looking for a part-time bookkeeper. Flexible schedule, 20-30 hours a week.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Accounting / Billing Equipment Deals / Dealer Trades / Wholesales
Completing Floor Plan Pay Offs for Equipment Deals
Reconciling Schedules / Processing Funding Notices
Provide Administrative Support to Management
Pay invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.
Obtain revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
Collection of payment on delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments.
Prepare financial reports
Work with third-party payroll company for weekly hours, new hires and terminations
Maintain accounting ledgers
Verify accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
Maintain financial security by following internal accounting controls.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
