The Position:
We are looking for several part-time Scheduling Associates. The pay range we are offering is 14.00 dollars an hour, with additional bonuses based on achieving and succeeding set market goals.
We offer a great working environment located in the heart of Providence and are looking for driven, self-managed, and ambitious individuals that want to make a difference.
Requirements:
Must be able to work 4 days a week; shifts are 4-hours long (Morning and Afternoon shifts are available)
Must be able to report to and from the office on time – Punctuality is mandatory
Must have a passion for working with and talking to people
Must have experience working with computer programs such as: Word, Excel, Google Doc, etc.
Responsibilities:
Make and receive phone calls about prospective new clients
Pre-screen potential client according to the Leverage Marketing criteria
Gather and organize information for
Schedule clients in our database for follow-up
Answer questions from both new and current clients
The Location: The office is in Downtown Providence, right in the Federal Hill area.
