Responsibilities include marketing and leasing, maintaining the wait list, processing rental applications, processing income certifications, completing the move-in process with new residents, preparing weekly leasing reports, and processing lease renewals and recertifications. Must have a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle to travel throughout Northern RI.
