Looking for an experienced Real Estate Administrative Assistant/Transaction Coordinator for MLS Input, Contract/Listing Paperwork Preparation, Bookkeeping, Writing ads, Organizing, Preparation of reports, Invoicing, Marketing etc, other small business related tasks. Work under an experienced and busy broker, property manager in a public office setting for a local real estate brokerage. When responding indicate any relevant experience, area/town you will commute from, and any other info that may be helpful.
Must have an excellent command of the English Languageboth written and spoken. Ideal candidate will be a quick learner, have experience with MS Office Suite and will be highly organized and detail oriented. Knowledge of the transaction work flow a big plus.
