Powersports Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, positive and driven attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be polite, motivated, energetic, and professional.
- Powersports product knowledge and previous dealership experience a plus.
- A valid motorcycle license is required.
Powersports Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Greet customers immediately in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a CRM, follow up with email, phone & walk-in leads.
- Explaining product performance, application, and benefits to prospects and describing optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Ability to work with customers; identify their needs and recommend products.
- Ability to learn a sales process.
- Ability to engage with customers and build lasting relationships.
- Staying up to date with all education required by manufacturers, including new products, features, and accessories available.
- Obtaining the required information and paperwork to complete sales and financing transactions.
- Reviewing the vehicle with the customer upon delivery.
- Providing the ultimate customer experience from start to finish!
