Cal Supply Company, a leading distributor of air compressors and compressed air system components, based in Cranston, RI and servicing Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire is looking for an aggressive and self-motivated Sales Engineer for business-to-business sales of products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing new business and servicing an existing customer base that has been established through 31 years of service in this area.
Responsibilities include:
- Business-to-business sales and development for new and existing clients
- Account management and follow-through
- Development and maintenance of long term business/customer relationships which will provide a steady growth in income
Requirements:
- A technical background or the discipline to learn about, specify, discuss and sell our products
- Established time management skills to allow for the maintenance of existing customers while developing new business opportunities
- Outside sales experience
- A proven background in sales and customer service
- Knowledge of the industry is a plus
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
