General Contractor Wanted!
BE Investments, Inc. is in need of a licensed Rhode Island GC for a complete remodel and expansion of a 700 sq/ft home. It is currently sits as a 2br/1ba, and we are looking at adding roughly 500 sq/ft including a master bed and bath, with new flooring, windows, appliances, roof, HVAC, etc. throughout.
You will handle all aspects of construction from the roof to the foundation and everything in between. Including but not limited to: demo, framing, foundation, electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, flooring, roofing, HVAC, landscaping, etc¦.This is NOT a "lipstick on a pig" jobThis is a complete rehab of an existing property with the goal of providing the new owner with a solid house for several years to come. We have other properties we are looking at throughout Rhode Island, and would like to build a lasting relationship with a reputable and reliable contractor that knows how to work on a schedule.
Most of our rehabs total between $80-150k or more, depending on square footage and location of course. Rehab funds are held in an escrow account so both of us are protected, and you are paid on a draw schedule that is agreeable to both of us. We are professionals with the utmost integrity and you should be too.
