• Ideally would like to have someone with PM/Client Facing Experience (Need experience working with customer focused applications)
• API/SSO exposure (API,SAML, XML, SOAP, JSON, REST, WSO2, etc.)
• Ideally would like to have someone with Triage/debugging experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3 - 5 years meaningful work experience in the securities industry (brokerage)
• Client/Relationship management
• Supporting External Clients
• Technical project management
• Agile methodologies at scale (preferred)
• APIs (XML, SOAP, Rest, WSO2) (preferred)
• XML and JSON components
• Your excellence in client support and the passion to work with clients and vendors directly
• Your excellent problem solving and analytical skills and solid understanding of connectivity models
• Your ability to work independently using project leadership and decision-making skills
• AsSingle Sign On technologies (PingFederate, SAML, Okta) (preferred)
• an excellent teammate, you help develop solutions for functional business challenges and help to implement them

• Working with clients to deploy solutions and integrate connectivity and business functionality through technology
• Presenting, coordinating, and leading clients through the process
• Consulting with clients to understand their needs and advising on solutions
• Configuring, testing, and problem-solving
• Researching detailed information and specifications
• Coordinating with multiple partners in a fast-paced environment.
