Develop and curate a Pan-Asian menu that offers a fusion of Asian cuisines, blending flavors, ingredients, and techniques from countries such as China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Malaysia, and more.Responsible for designing innovative and authentic Pan-Asian dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation, and consistently delighting our guests.Demonstrate a high degree of Velaa’s culture and service standards awareness.Proficiency in creating a wide range of Pan-Asian dishes, including sushi, sashimi, dim sum, stir-fries, curries, noodle dishes, and desserts.Mastery of preparing Asian sauces and condiments, which are fundamental to many Asian dishes.Perform any other related duties and special projects as assigned.
