Core Requirements:
Must have experience in Oracle technologies, Oracle 10g, and PL/SQL. (Understanding of Query plans, AWR Reports, and etc.)
Must have hands-on experience in performance testing like CPU Utilizations, Response time, network latency, and think time.
Experience in Java/J2EE technologies and Unix.
Must have experience in leading development efforts on the J2EE platform.
Must have extensive knowledge in Oracle DBMS for OLTP systems.
Hands-on experience in HP Load runner tool and version management tool like SVN, and VSS.
Experience with managing large Performance testing environment.
Experience with Data collection, analysis, compilation, comparison, and presentation skills.
Qualification:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
