Validate alignment of technical scope with baseline schedule and project / CMO estimate for constructability and approval of baseline schedule and estimates. Participate in establishment and approval of technical, schedule and cost baselines for projects and CMO\'s. Perform comprehensive review and evaluation of preliminary scope, design, schedules, and estimates for new projects to determine constructability and accuracy. Through use of experience and knowledge while monitoring progress of projects and maintenance orders, identify problems / potential problems to the technical / cost / schedule baselines and implement the necessary corrective actions. Interface with project management, DOE, design, procurement, field management and superintendents at different team levels to accomplish milestones in a safe and cost effective manner. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor\'s degree in a technical discipline and 11 - 13 years of practical experience in construction. In depth knowledge of construction costs, scheduling and the ability to develop or evaluate construction strategies and techniques. An Associate\'s degree 13 - 15 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent. A high school diploma and 15 - 18 years of practical experience would also be considered equivalent.
