North Charleston painting contractor is looking for someone to assist in all areas of daily office duties.
Duties include but are not limited to:
With directly with Owner, VP and controller to assist with day to day operations
Create/edit files in Excel, Word and Outlook
File, scan, email, organize, answer phones
Data Entry
Light office cleaning
Vendor pricing
Qualifications/Experience:
Prior office experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Microsoft office-Word and Excel, Outlook knowledge
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team player and can work independently
Use time management wisely
Telephone etiquette
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Previous work in construction/painting field is a plus
