ECMCS is seeking a full-time Montessori Lower Elementary (grades 1-3) Lead Teacher. Responsibilities include planning, leading, and implementing the Montessori curriculum with the assistance of a teacher assistant, supporting parents and students, participating in the culture of the school community, and networking and collaborating during Montessori Professional Development opportunities in the area. Candidates without a Montessori Certification will still be considered if they demonstrate a strong knowledge of state curriculum and child development.
ECMCS serves 430 PK3-8th grade students in a creative, engaging and warm Montessori environment. The school is a wonderful success story where the partnership between educators, students and families is incredibly supportive. Our mission is to give students an innovative and progressive educational experience in a public Montessori charter school.
