The ideal candidate will absolutely LOVE working with Three-year-olds. I am looking for someone with at least a year experience, knowledgable in lesson planning, and developmentally appropriate practices, preferably a degree in early childhood education or certification. Strong experience working with three-year-olds will be considered if you don't have your degree.
