Established contractor seeking motivated and capable individual to act as site superintendent for commercial construction projects such as schools, libraries, etc. Must have good knowledge of building codes and construction practices. Must be capable of working with and scheduling multiple trades and associated building inspections, including third party inspections. Should possess ability to read and interpret plans, solve problems, and communicate by phone and email. Competitive pay commensurate with experience.
