Link Solutions is seeking a Computer System Analyst III to join our team in Charleston, SC.U.S. Citizen DoD Secret Clearance requiredHybrid Role (This position is primarily remote; however, the selected candidate must be prepared to report to the Charleston, SC office as needed. Based on business requirements, in-office presence may be requested on short notice. Therefore, a local candidate is preferred. If not currently local to Charleston, SC, relocation will be required.)Occasional travel to on-site locations, including potential trips to Antarctica, may also be necessaryThe Computer Systems Analyst III will provide cyber services and solutions, technical support, and management support for NIWC Atlantic Polar Programs (NPP). This opportunity will allow you to work on innovative projects that offer advancement and growth while helping protect our national security.Job Responsibilities:Analysis of security documentation, interview personnel, and perform technical test cases to ensure proper execution of the requirements/controls.Perform risk analysis of testing results.Review documentation as applicable to RMF security controls.Provide an independent assessment, using NIST 800-37 RMF security controls and supporting documentation.Ensure security controls are implemented correctly, operating as intended, and are producing the desired outcome.Understands RMF assessment and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) process to conduct Security Control Assessments in support of accreditation packages.Utilize and execute security tools and testing methods properly.Participates in special projects as required in support of Security Control Assessment events.Perform Security Control Assessment (SCA) activities, using NIST 800-53 control sets, and collaborate with the SCA Team to complete Security Assessment Reports, define metrics, and briefings.Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
