Role: Java Support Analyst Work location: Charleston, SC Duration: 12+ Months CONTRACTORS NEED TO GO TO THE OFFICE SINCE DAY ONE WORK ONSITE ONLY – LOCAL ONLY OR AVAILABLE TO RELOCATE Job Description:
100% onsite at Charleston, SC. Work timings 7 am to 4 pm and OnCall support on weekends as needed.
3- 5 years of hands on experience working in a production support environment, supporting applications on Java platform and related technologies including Hibernate and Spring Framework.
Experienced in automated deployments using GitHub, Jenkins and Maven scripts.
Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to – troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by Factory users within the SLA’s agreed with client, verify and deploy new code changes and bug fixes, analyze root cause of recurring issues and implement preventive measures etc.
Deploying on OpenShift Cloud platform experience preferred or nice to have.
Experience working on Azure Cloud platform preferred.
ITIL background and experience using ServiceNow tool
